1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete legal agreement between you and BetMax ("we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the BetMax platform, website, mobile applications, and all services provided thereunder. These Terms apply to all users of BetMax regardless of how they access the platform.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using BetMax in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. BetMax recommends you save or print a copy of these Terms for your reference.
These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of your complete agreement with BetMax. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and any specific game, promotion, or product rules published on BetMax, the specific rules take precedence for that specific product or promotion.
BetMax bonus and rebate terms are disclosed clearly — no hidden conditions on any promotion.
2. Eligibility
To use BetMax you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. BetMax enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will request identity documentation to verify age where there is any doubt. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment method used for deposits.
- You must be accessing BetMax from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual users by applicable law. You are responsible for verifying your own legal position — BetMax does not provide legal advice.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of BetMax or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game suppliers.
- You must not be self-excluded from BetMax or from any other gaming platform under a national self-exclusion scheme that applies to BetMax.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one BetMax account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts are forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering on BetMax. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetMax username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. BetMax will treat any activity conducted using your login credentials as authorised by you unless you have notified BetMax of a breach in writing. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact BetMax support immediately at support@betmax.im.
3.4 Account Currency
All BetMax accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are expressed in PKR. BetMax does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
4. Deposits and Payments
BetMax accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may change and BetMax will update them on the deposit page when they do.
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. BetMax does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
- Deposits are credited to your BetMax balance instantly for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing times.
- BetMax does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside BetMax's control and are your responsibility.
- BetMax reserves the right to request documentary evidence that a payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals to that method. This is a fraud prevention measure and applies to all players without exception.
- The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though BetMax reserves the right to apply limits in specific circumstances such as fraud investigations.
BetMax supports all major Pakistani mobile payment methods — deposits and withdrawals processed in PKR.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Processing
BetMax processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: standard accounts within 24 hours; Silver VIP within 12 hours; Gold VIP within 6 hours; Platinum VIP within 2 hours; Diamond VIP within minutes. These are processing times from BetMax's end — actual receipt of funds may depend on your payment provider's own processing times.
5.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to make a deposit on your BetMax account, or to a verified account in your own name.
- Where a deposit bonus has been received and wagering requirements have not been completed, the bonus amount and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. The real-money portion of your balance remains withdrawable at any time.
- BetMax reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 100,000 or where account activity has triggered fraud prevention protocols. Verification requests will be communicated by email and must be responded to within 7 days.
- Withdrawals to payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder will not be processed.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
BetMax offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all BetMax bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to registered BetMax accounts only. New player bonuses are available only to accounts that have not previously held a BetMax account.
- Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for the bonus. Uncompleted bonus funds expire at the end of the specified period.
- BetMax reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer before it is claimed if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or if the offer was made in error.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with any other offer unless explicitly permitted.
- BetMax VIP Club cashback and reload bonuses are subject to the VIP Club terms in Section 7 of these Terms.
7. VIP Club Programme
The BetMax VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. All BetMax accounts are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier. Tier advancement is based on VIP points accumulated through qualifying wagers on BetMax games and sports betting markets.
- VIP points are awarded on qualifying wagers at the rate applicable to the player's current tier. The points rate per tier is published on the VIP Club page.
- Tier status is assessed on a rolling 90-day basis. If a player's 90-day point accumulation falls below the threshold for their current tier, their tier will be revised downward at the next review point.
- VIP benefits including weekly cashback and monthly reload bonuses activate automatically when a tier is reached and continue for as long as the tier is maintained.
- Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (total stakes minus total winnings) across the calendar week. Cashback carries no wagering requirement and is credited every Monday.
- BetMax reserves the right to modify VIP Club tier thresholds, benefits, and point accrual rates at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to VIP Club terms by email no less than 7 days before changes take effect.
- VIP status, points, and benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the specific benefits they entitle the holder to on BetMax.
BetMax VIP Club and promotional prize draws are governed by these Terms — fair, transparent conditions for all Pakistani players.
8. Sports Betting Rules
8.1 Bet Acceptance
A sports bet is accepted only when BetMax has confirmed it with a bet reference number displayed on screen and recorded in your BetMax account transaction history. Bets displayed as "pending" in your account are not yet confirmed. BetMax reserves the right to refuse any bet without explanation.
8.2 Odds Changes
Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed when you click to place a bet are indicative only. If the odds change between your click and confirmation, BetMax will notify you and you may choose to proceed at the new odds or cancel the bet. This applies to both pre-match and live in-play markets on BetMax.
8.3 Match Abandonment and Void Bets
If a PSL or other sports event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play for a result is reached, BetMax will void all pre-match bets and return stakes. If a result is declared under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern or equivalent rules, the match settles as a valid result. Where BetMax voids a bet due to an event being abandoned, any winnings arising from that bet are also voided and the original stake is returned.
8.4 Maximum Winnings
BetMax applies maximum single-event payout limits. These limits are displayed in the sports betting section and may vary by sport and market type. Bets that would produce payouts exceeding the applicable maximum will be accepted but any payout in excess of the maximum will not be paid.
8.5 Obvious Errors
Where odds are published due to a manifest error — for example, clearly incorrect decimal odds resulting from a data feed failure — BetMax reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. BetMax will not exploit manifest errors in odds to the detriment of players and applies the same principle in reverse.
9. Casino and Game Rules
All casino games on BetMax — including slots, live table games, Teen Patti, Aviator, and virtual sports — operate under the individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general conditions apply across all BetMax casino games:
- All BetMax casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs). Results are not predetermined, manipulated, or influenced by BetMax after bets are placed.
- In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game round from completing, the round is void and the stake for that round is returned to the player's BetMax balance. BetMax is not liable for any potential winnings from an incomplete round.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These are displayed within the game interface.
- For Aviator and other provably fair crash games, the crash point for each round is determined by a cryptographic algorithm before the round begins. BetMax cannot and does not alter the crash point after bets have been placed.
- Live dealer game results are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer and are final. In the event of a genuine error by a live dealer, the relevant game provider's escalation procedure applies.
10. Responsible Gaming
BetMax is committed to responsible gaming and provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available in every BetMax account settings page and take effect immediately when activated:
- Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits can be reduced immediately. Increasing a limit takes 7 days to take effect.
- Loss Limits — Set a maximum net loss per day, week, or month. Once reached, you cannot place further bets until the period resets.
- Session Time Alerts — Receive a notification after a specified time period of continuous play.
- Self-Exclusion — Request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days. Self-exclusion locks the account for the full requested period with no early reversal. At expiry, re-activation requires a 7-day cooling-off period and written request.
BetMax does not advertise or market to players who have self-excluded. If you believe you are being contacted by BetMax after requesting self-exclusion, contact support@betmax.im immediately. 11. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on BetMax and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:
- Registering more than one BetMax account in your own name or the name of another person.
- Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to place bets, interact with BetMax games, or exploit any feature of the platform.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to live Teen Patti private table collusion.
- Exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error on BetMax for financial gain. Players who identify a genuine technical error are required to report it to support@betmax.im rather than exploit it.
- Attempting to abuse bonuses through coordinated wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or through the use of multiple accounts.
- Using BetMax for any money laundering purpose or in connection with any criminal activity.
- Providing false identity documents or false information during any BetMax verification process.
12. Account Closure and Suspension
BetMax may suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
- Age verification failure.
- At your own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, BetMax may retain any balance in the account to offset losses caused by the breach. Where an account is closed for any other reason and there is a positive balance, BetMax will return the balance to the verified payment method used for deposits after completing any required verification.
You may close your BetMax account at any time by contacting support@betmax.im. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Open bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal way and any resulting balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method.
13. Limitation of Liability
BetMax provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetMax excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error.
BetMax's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited on BetMax in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. BetMax is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from your use of the platform, including any lost profits or winnings you expected but did not receive due to a technical error.
Nothing in these Terms limits BetMax's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by BetMax's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
BetMax may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, and we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If you continue to use BetMax after the effective date of the updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should close your BetMax account before the effective date of the changes. Account closure requests submitted in response to Terms changes will be processed immediately and your balance returned without any withdrawal delay.
