BetMax does not use third-party advertising cookies or allow third-party advertisers to set cookies through the betmax.im platform.
BetMax's data security practices protect every player's account — from registration through to every withdrawal processed in PKR.
7. Data Retention
BetMax retains your personal data for the following periods:
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your BetMax account and for a period of 5 years after account closure, to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
- Transaction and gaming records: Retained for 5 years from the date of each transaction, to meet anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirements.
- Identity verification documents: Retained for the duration of your account plus 5 years after closure.
- Customer support communications: Retained for 3 years from the date of the communication.
- Technical/log data: Retained for a maximum of 12 months from collection, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
Where data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and no legal retention requirement applies, BetMax deletes or anonymises the data securely. You may request early deletion of your data under certain circumstances — see Section 9 for your rights.
8. Data Security
BetMax implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the nature of the data held and the risks involved. These include:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and BetMax's servers.
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data categories including identity verification documents and payment reference data.
- Password hashing using one-way cryptographic algorithms — BetMax staff cannot read your account password.

Request correction of inaccurate personal data. You can update most account information directly in your BetMax account settings.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data. This right is subject to BetMax's legal retention obligations — data required by law cannot be deleted early.
Right to Restrict Processing
Request that BetMax limit how your data is used in specific circumstances, for example while a dispute about data accuracy is being resolved.
Right to Data Portability
Request your personal data in a machine-readable format for transfer to another service, where technically feasible and applicable to the data category.
Right to Object
Object to BetMax processing your data for direct marketing or on the basis of legitimate interests. Marketing objections are actioned immediately.
10. Children's Privacy
BetMax is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be requested at any point during account use.
If BetMax discovers that a registered account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be immediately closed, all bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used for deposits. BetMax will report the incident to the relevant responsible gaming authority.
If you believe a minor has created a BetMax account, please contact us immediately at support@betmax.im with details and we will investigate and act within 24 hours.
11. Marketing Communications
BetMax sends marketing communications — including bonus offers, PSL betting promotions, VIP Club updates, and platform announcements — only to players who have given explicit consent to receive them. Marketing consent is obtained during registration and can be managed or withdrawn at any time through your account settings or by emailing privacy@betmax.im.
Transactional communications — including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, account security alerts, and responsible gaming notifications — are sent regardless of marketing consent preferences because they relate directly to your account and are necessary for account operation.
BetMax does not send marketing communications to players who have self-excluded. If you receive a BetMax marketing communication after requesting self-exclusion, contact support@betmax.im immediately — this will be treated as a priority complaint.
Unsubscribing: Every marketing email from BetMax includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it immediately removes you from all BetMax marketing lists. You can also update your communication preferences in the notifications section of your BetMax account settings.

Standard response time for data subject rights requests is 30 days from receipt of a complete request. BetMax will not charge a fee for data access requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case we may charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline the request, with reasons provided in writing.
